Addis Ethiopian Cuisine
Vegetarian meals come with injera bread, two types of sauces and veggie dishes: red lentils, yellow split pea, cabbage with potatoes and carrots, and spinach. All dishes are vegan and cooked with pure olive oil.
Non-Vegetarian Melas come with red spicy beed stew, beef stew with potatoes and carrots spiced with turmeric, and with a side of spinach and salad.
